1. Agreement to these terms

These terms apply whenever you use VerifyFlow, a service operated by Klairvo ("we", "us"). By paying for and using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use VerifyFlow.

2. What the service does

VerifyFlow checks a list of email addresses you upload (as a CSV or Excel file) and returns the same list with a verification status added to each address, based on format, domain/MX records, and mailbox existence where it can be determined without sending mail. 3. Payment

The service is £20 per list, charged once through Stripe at the time you start a job. There is no subscription and no recurring charge: each payment covers one verification job for one uploaded file, up to 1,000,000 rows.

4. Access codes

After payment you receive an access code that is the only way to return to your job and results; we do not require or create an account. You are responsible for keeping your code safe; anyone with the code can view and download the associated results. If you lose it, see our Support page.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use VerifyFlow to:

• Verify email addresses you do not have a legitimate right to hold or contact;
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or overload the service;
• Upload files containing anything other than the data necessary for verification.

You are responsible for complying with applicable anti-spam and data protection law (such as UK GDPR/PECR) when you use the results to send email.

6. Accuracy of results

We verify addresses using the strongest signals available without actually sending mail: format, domain/MX records, and mailbox-level checks where possible. Some mail servers deliberately hide whether a specific mailbox exists (a "catch-all"), which limits certainty for those domains regardless of method. Results are a strong signal, not an absolute guarantee that a given address will accept every future email.

7. Refunds

If a payment succeeds but your job fails to run due to a fault on our end, contact support@klairvo.com and we will refund or rerun it. Because each job consumes real processing against your specific list, we do not offer refunds once results have been generated simply because you are unhappy with what the list revealed.

9. Liability

VerifyFlow is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service or of the verification results, including decisions made based on them.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time you pay for a job is the one that applies to it. Material changes will update the date at the top of this page.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
