1. Who we are

VerifyFlow is operated by Klairvo. This policy explains what we collect when you use VerifyFlow, why, and how to contact us about it. It does not cover Klairvo's other products, which have their own policies.

2. What we collect

• The email list you upload: the file and every address in it, for the sole purpose of verification.
• Payment information: handled directly by Stripe. We receive confirmation that payment succeeded and basic transaction details; we never see or store your full card number.
• Your access code: generated at checkout to link you back to your job. It identifies a job, not a person.
• Basic technical data: standard server logs (such as request times and error data) used to keep the service running and to diagnose problems.

3. How we use it

Your uploaded list is used only to run the verification job you paid for and return your results. We do not use it for marketing, sell it, share it with third parties for their own purposes, or use it to build any product other than the results we hand back to you.

4. How long we keep it

Your file and results are kept only as long as needed for you to access and download them via your access code. If you need your data removed sooner, or confirmation it has been deleted, email support@klairvo.com with your access code and we will action it.

5. Who we share it with

We use a small number of infrastructure providers to run the service: cloud hosting and storage to process your file, and Stripe to handle payment. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and data protection commitments; none of them are permitted to use your list for their own purposes.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete the data we hold about you (for example, under UK GDPR). Since we do not require an account, the simplest way to exercise these is to email support@klairvo.com with your access code or the email address you paid with.

7. Cookies

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser may store your access code locally so you do not have to re-enter it on your own device; this stays on your device and is not sent to any third party.

8. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to how we handle your data, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
